To realize Edge AI technology, the IV320-RH-KD leverages Intel®'s 13th generation Raptor Lake processors, which feature increased core counts (especially E-Cores), expanded L2 cache memory, and higher clock speeds, all contributing to enhanced processor performance. The flagship models boast an impressive configuration of up to 8 P-Cores and 16 E-Cores, resulting in a total of 24 cores.
The x86 hybrid architecture includes two types of cores, optimized for different tasks to achieve high efficiency and low power consumption:
P-Core: Based on the Golden Cove architecture, these cores are ideal for high-performance and gaming applications.
E-Core: Based on the Gracemont architecture, these cores excel in low-power and multitasking applications.
- MXM Mezzanine Type Structure to Withstand Uneven Terrain

While driving on uneven terrain, the system needs to be anti-vibration to protect the machine from damage. To achieve this, 7Starlake uses an MXM mezzanine type to create a ruggedized structure for harsh environments. IV320-RH-KD is powered by the NVIDIA® Quadro RTX A4500/A2000 MXM GPU, featuring 5888/2560 CUDA Cores and 16GB/4GB/8GB GDDR6 high memory configurations. This GPU is configured with an MXM 3.1 module, ensuring efficient GPU performance. With five channel outputs, including 4x DisplayPort 1.4a and 1x DVI, the IV320-RH-KD supports various applications, offering 4K at 120Hz or 8K at 60Hz with 10-bit color depth. Additionally, the RTX A2000 MXM GPU enhances data-transfer speeds from CPU memory for data-intensive tasks, thanks to its support for PCI Express Gen 4.

Supporting these capabilities, a state-of-the-art embedded hardware system empowers small flying robots to perform real-time onboard computation necessary for object tracking.
In computer vision applications, video processing and display are essential tasks, requiring seamless transmission of video or images from cameras to the host vision system. To achieve this, system designers must select the appropriate video interface standard based on factors like data rates, cable lengths, and power delivery options. HD-SDI and 3G-SDI are widely adopted standards in professional video production and broadcasting environments, supporting resolutions up to 1080p at 30/60Hz and offering data rates up to 3 Gbps. These signals are transmitted via a single 75Ω coaxial cable, making them suitable for applications requiring high fidelity and real-time video transmission, with cable lengths of up to 200m (using RG59/RG6 cables).
Furthermore, the system allows connection to 8 video input channels, including 8 Channel HD-SDI video channels or 4 Channel 3G-SDI Video Input plus 2 channel SDI sources video output. It generates from 2 up to 4 video output channels while maintaining low latency between input and output channels. The generated output channel provides a Bird's-Eye-View created from 4 SDI input channels, with each output channel selectable into one main channel for enhanced flexibility and functionality.

IV320-RH-KD is full IP65 sealed enclosures which are designed to meet the various requirements of engineers when designing electrical and electronic systems which have to be protected. And protect against low pressure water jets from any direction, as well as condensation and water spray. It’s suitable for most outdoor enclosures.
