合作願景

一、建立高效能即時運算防禦架構
7StarLake整合美方軟硬體技術與在地化技術支援能力，7StarLake將推動長期台美國防科技合作與產業生態鏈發展，以軍事級高效能運算平台整合者與台美技術合作橋接者角色，提供強固型伺服器與高密度HPC架構，支援邊緣部署及艦載、機載等嚴苛環境應用。同時，透過與 Dell Technologies 的OEM合作模式，導入軍規硬體平台，實現RTOS與高可靠度硬體的深度整合。

二、整合數位孿生模擬系統
Concurrent Real-Time 為美國即時運算與RTOS技術龍頭，深耕低延遲、高可靠度系統數十年，廣泛應用於航太、國防與工業控制領域。其解決方案已服務多家國際航太與防務機構，支援高精度模擬、飛行測試與關鍵任務系統，具備成熟的實績與長期市場信任基礎。

應用於戰機引擎即時健康監測與狀況模擬、極音速飛彈飛行軌跡預測與防禦演算、電子戰場環境模擬與任務情境即時推演與決策輔助，透過「運算力 × 模擬力」的結合，形成即時防禦最佳化系統。

活動內容

本次簽約儀式很榮幸邀請美國在台協會（AIT）及台美產業合作推動辦公室（TUSA）代表蒞臨見證。當日下午將接續舉辦「次世代防禦運算科技論壇」，並邀請 Intel、Dell Technologies、Concurrent Real-Time 等國際產業專家擔任講者，深入分享前瞻技術與產業趨勢。

As asymmetric warfare has emerged as a core defense paradigm within the First Island Chain, strengthening Taiwan’s real-time decision-making and battlefield simulation capabilities has become a national priority. 7STARLAKE is honored to sign a strategic partnership MOU with its U.S. partner Concurrent Real-Time under the support of TUSA (Taiwan–U.S. Economic Cooperation Office). This collaboration will integrate technologies in high-performance military computing, RTOS architectures, and digital twin–based battlefield simulation. Together, we aim to build a “digital defense shield” to strengthen Taiwan’s asymmetric warfare capabilities.
