- Order Information
The SKY12-P04 rugged smart display features up to 1000 nits brightness and night-vision visibility under 1% nits, with bonded protective glass (GFG) and a multi-touch screen. Equipped with three soft-touch buttons, it is housed in an IP65-rated, all-aluminum rugged enclosure and supports an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C. Its rugged design and high-visibility display make it ideal for C-UAS and counter-UAV applications, providing reliable performance in challenging operational environments. Optional features include EMI filtering/mesh shielding and anti-reflection/anti-glare (AR/AG) coatings.

- Sunlight Readable Up to 1000 nits
-

The SKY12-P04 ruggedized smart display is designed for sunlight readability, ensuring clear visibility even under high ambient light conditions such as direct sunlight. It utilizes advanced optical bonding technology, which eliminates internal reflections by bonding the display layers together. This process allows more light to pass through the screen and reduces glare, significantly enhancing outdoor readability.
- Night Vision Mode Support (Optional)
-
When operating in night mode, the operator can use the hardware keys to quickly reduce the display brightness to below 1% nits or to a customized night-vision setting. The display immediately adjusts to low luminance levels, ensuring compatibility with night-vision devices and preventing screen glare that could affect visibility.

- Key Features
-
(1) MIL-DTL 3899 Connectors
MIL-DTL-38999 is a high-performance cylindrical connector family designed to withstand the extreme shock, exposure and vibration that are commonplace in Defense and aerospace applications. Made with removable crimp or fixed hermetic solder contacts, these connectors provide high-vibration characteristics and are suitable for severe wind and moisture problem areas.
(2) G.F.G. Resistive Touch Screen
GFG touch screens are operable with fingers, pens and gloves. The glass surfaces makes the glass-film-glass sensor very durable and scratch resistant (7H).
(3) Soft Touch Buttons
The SKY12-P04 is equipped with up to three ruggedized function keys, three OSD keys, and one power button, all constructed using durable rubber tooling. Each key features a 16 x 16 mm pad size, allowing operators to easily operate the controls even while wearing MOPP-level protective gloves.
(4) IP65 Certified
The SKY12-P04 has complete resistance to dust and water; which is ruggedized and reliable for constrained military, ground army and defense.
(5) MIL-STD 810G Compliance
The SKY12-P04 complies with MIL-STD-810 standards for shock, vibration, and environmental durability. It is rigorously field-tested to meet or exceed MIL-STD-810G requirements for extreme temperatures, humidity, shock, and vibration, ensuring reliable performance in harsh operating conditions.
(6) MIL-461/1275 EMI Filter (optional)
The SKY12-P04 is designed with MIL-STD-1275 and MIL-STD-704 standards to protect against voltage surges, spikes, transients, and electromagnetic interference in vehicle and aircraft power systems. This ensures reliable operation under the strictest military requirements and delivers optimal performance in harsh environments.
