The STORM-100 military tablet features a 1000 Nit brightness 10.1” resistive multi-touch display, enabling reliable operation while wearing gloves. Equipped with dual capacity batteries and powered by Intel®7th Gen Core i7-7600U processor, the IP65-rated tablet can be customized to meet the demands for cable connectors or wireless options. The tablet supports multi-function capability that can be configured (software required) for operating and controlling connected sensors, ranging from Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) to Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAVs). It's ideal for Light Force users, providing robust capability suitable for both mounted or dismounted environment.

Mast-Mounted Surveillance and Target Acquisition
More than a conventional information display, the STORM-100 is an integrated computer system. , It supports adjustable positioning and fully leverages onboard processing capabilities to enable advanced operational use. This solution allows additional capabilities to be seamlessly integrated, including map overlays and meshed targeting software.
By operating the STORM 100 and its integrated software, the operator can monitor, assess, report and act upon their area of responsibility and beyond traditional line-of-sight battlefields, while simultaneously sharing actionable information with a wider audience to support coordinated and strategic planning.
(1) Day and Night Operation
The STORM-100 features a high-brightness display designed for reliable outdoor use, ensuring excellent visibility even in direct sunlight.
(2) GFG Resistive Touchscreen
The GFG resistive touch technology supports operation via direct touch, gloved hands, or a stylus. The design is inherently robust and well suited for rugged environments.
(3) Optical Bonding
Optical bonding minimizes internal reflections and glare, enhancing display brightness and readability in high ambient light conditions and direct sunlight.
(4) Robust FISCHER I/O
The STORM-100 is equipped with FISCHER Ultimate and Minimax series connectors, delivering proven durability and high-performance signal shielding in demanding applications.
(5) Command & Control
Integrated command-and-control joystick enables intuitive operation of connected sensors. Designed for multi-function and multi-mission use.
(6) Frame Grabber Card
Integrated vision system with a frame grabber card for real-time image capture, storage, and analysis.
(7) Programmable Keys
Three programmable function keys support user-defined operations, with an additional SHIFT key to enable alternate functions and expanded control.
(8) Rugged Design
Designed to meet MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810 requirements and rated to IP65, delivering true rugged performance in demanding environments.

Tethered Drones Management System
Since the mass introduction of drones, their defence and security importance have become progressively prevalent, both in an offensive and defensive capability. While traditional man-portable drones have become increasingly useful for forward reconnaissance, battery life can limit the effectiveness because the drone will constantly be brought down to replace the battery, which will provide time gaps for the surveillance. On the other hand, tethered drones are not constrained by battery life, providing constant views of an area without any halts for recharging.
In Defence and Law Enforcement fields, tethered drones are utilised as an integral part of their layered approach to both STA and security operations due to their capability to cover large areas at once. The operators can monitor activities from the live feedback transmitted to the tablet in all environments, night and day. STORM100 is armed with a command and control joystick to allow the operation of any connected sensor. Given the capability that all sensors such as radars and STA sensors can be configured in STORM100, the 3D joystick, programmable function keys and touch screen capability gives the user maximum flexibility and control to manipulate all attached system functionality.
